  Computes the SHA-256 packet hash over getHashablePart.

  Returns Promise<Uint8Array<ArrayBufferLike>>

getHashablePart

• getHashablePart(): Uint8Array<ArrayBuffer>

  Returns the canonical bytes used to compute the packet hash (flags byte followed by the destination/context/payload portion), matching RNS.Packet.get_hashable_part and microReticulum's Packet::get_hashable_part.

  The masked flags byte (low nibble) is prefixed to the raw packet with the flags and hops bytes skipped — and, for HEADER_2, the 16-byte transport_id as well (it is rewritten per hop, so it must not participate in the hash): HEADER_1: (flags & 0x0F) ‖ raw[2:] HEADER_2: (flags & 0x0F) ‖ raw[18:]
