Releases the stamp engine's resources: terminates the stamp worker and
clears the workblock cache. The engine stays installed (calls continue to
work synchronously); call setStamper(null) (from
@reticulum/core/src/utils/stamper.js) to switch back to the WebCrypto
default engine.
